April 11 - Weapon Fundamentals - Carbine
This course sets the foundation for weapons manipulation skills. This class provides the student core competencies of proven weapons manipulation skills in a dynamic environment. The student will become proficient in many weapons manipulations including, but not limited to, speed reloads, tactical reloads, stoppage clearing, one hand manipulations and off-hand manipulations. The course will introduce the student to understanding how his/her biomechanics relate to weapon manipulation efficiency. This an excellent course for the student who wants to advance their skills or as a refresher for the more experienced shooter. A holster or sling for carbine/AK is required for this course.
Prerequisite: Defensive Carry Primer or equivalent
